Pickup is available from selected hotels and accommodations in Punta Cana. Your exact pickup time and meeting instructions will be confirmed after booking based on your hotel or accommodation location.
Please be ready in the designated lobby, main entrance or security gate at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Some resorts require guests to meet the driver at the main entrance because external transportation providers are not permitted inside the property.

Will I get dirty or wet?
Yes. Mud, dust and water are part of the experience. Wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty and bring a swimsuit and towel.
Can two people ride on the same ATV?
Yes, when a double-rider option is selected. The available options and maximum occupancy will be shown during booking.
Do I need a driver’s license?
Anyone driving an ATV must meet the operator’s age requirements and carry a valid driver’s license.

What happens if the weather changes?
The tour usually operates in light rain. The route, timing or order of stops may be adjusted for safety due to severe weather or road conditions.
